2. Booking Consultations

When you submit a request for a free consultation, you agree to provide accurate information. We will use that info to contact you and schedule an in-home visit.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule consultations at our discretion.

3. Estimates & Project Information

All project estimates provided after consultation are non-binding until both parties agree in writing to a scope of work and payment terms.
Any changes to materials, project size, or timing may result in an adjusted cost.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your individual project contract. Deposits and payment schedules are agreed upon before work begins.
Failure to pay according to agreed terms may result in delays or project cancellation.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide access to the project site, be available for communication, and make material selections in a timely manner. Delays on the client’s end may impact the project timeline.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Project cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees if work has already begun.

7. Liability

We take every precaution to complete each project safely and professionally. However, Hubbard Home Renovations is not liable for delays or damages due to acts beyond our control (weather, supply shortages, etc.).
